They won’t share their egusi soup recipe. No problem. One day I decided to try adding tin tomatoes to my egusi soup and it was very very delicious. From then on, I started searching for different ways to add tomatoes whether fresh or canned to my egusi soups.

Egusi seeds can be ground and made into soup with or without vegetables or cooked with tomatoes as egusi stew. with ease.
