There are reasons why a lady (even a man) who appeared interested in you, suddenly cancels the second date/meeting. The first date was successful or so you think. Her first visit to your place, she was quite impressed. Suddenly she won’t take your calls anymore. She cancelled a second visit. Cancelled a second meeting/date and you are wondering what went wrong after all the prospects?
