How To Cook Less Expensive Nigerian Fried Rice

A plate of less expensive fried rice with chicken.
Fried rice has many cooking methods. This less expensive one came when
my girls told me point blank that if I add peas, kidney beans, sausages or liver, they are not going to eat. They are tired of me adding too many vegetables to their fried rice.
I promised to cook with just cabbage and carrots. That's exactly what I did and they ate like never before.

Fried rice doesn't have to be loaded with veggies, it can be cooked kind of plain with a few vegetables.
Sorry about this
frying pan, I stopped posting dishes I cook with it. I had taken and uploaded the pic before remembering. Will try not to post with it again. I actually tried to remove all the black with an iron sponge but some stubborn black refused to go.

The yellow colour depends on tghe type of curry used. Ducross gives very bright colour. To cook your normal fried rice,  add boiled and fried cow liver, sausages, green beans, peas, red kidney beans, shrimps, sweet corn and other vegetables you like. Please, for lovers of tomatoes, no tomato in fried rice!
Enjoy your less expensive lunch!

  7. That rice with 3 pieces of chicken kept me wondering... Aunty Eya, do you feed your girls with 3 piece of chicken at a go?

If so, they'll be ripe for marraige before they're 15.
