FRIED FISH AND SAUSAGE PIZZA

Making fried fish and sausage pizza is easy yet delicious. If you love fish, you’ll love this easy peezy pizza. The method is same like every other Nigerian pizza recipes on the blog, just the fried fish that’s the difference. The girls requested  suya pizza but there was no pizza so we had to fry the fish resting in the freezer, debone and add to the delicious pizza. Yesterday, we posted a recipe for homemade pizza sauce. You can try it out. Made using fresh tomatoes and carrots.

INGREDIENTS FOR FRIED FISH PIZZA DOUGH

2 cups  flour

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons instant yeast

2 cups warm water (200ml)

 

INGREDIENTS FOR FRIED FISH PIZZA SAUCE

Fresh tomatoes

carrots

dried thyme

oregano

onion

seasoning cube

salt

PIZZA TOPPING

Deboned fried fish

sausage

BEFORE YOU START MAKING FRIED FISH PIZZA;

Wash, salt, fry and debone the fish and set aside.

Wash and chop the vegetables and set aside

Boil the tomatoes with carrots, blend with some onion, season and set aside.

DIRECTION:

  1. Add the salt, sugar, water and yeast to the flour.
  2. Mix, knead for at least one minute and leave undisturbed while you get other things ready.
  3. After 10 minutes, Flatten and spread the dough on your greased baking pan.
  4. Spread ketchup first, spread the pizza sauce, cheese and topping.
  5. Bake for at least 20 minutes or till your friede fish pizza is cooked.
  6. Enjoy hot with a chill drink.
