NIGERIAN PANCAKE SHAWARMA


This is Shawarma ingredients stuffed in Nigerian pancakes.
INGREDIENTS FOR NIGERIAN PANCAKES:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups water
1 small sized onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs
Oil for frying









INGREDIENTS FOR PANCAKE SHAWARMA STUFFING:
3 large green peppers
1 medium sized onion
1 small cabbage
 2 seasoning cubes
salad cream1/2 kg chicken or more
5 boiled, fried or grilled chicken franks (small sausages)
salt to taste
oil for stir fry

DIRECTION FOR MAKING NIGERIAN PANCAKES;
  1. Sieve the flour with salt and sugar into a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped onion and water
  3. Mix well before adding the eggs.
  4. Mix, till smooth and a bit runny
  5. Fry in a greased pan and set aside.
  6. Paroil the chicken with salt and onion, debone and set aside

     DIRECTION FOR MAKING PANCAKE SHAWARMA STUFFING:
  1. Stir fry the chopped onion with green pepper and seasoning cube till fragrant
  2. .Add the cabbage and Nigerian salad cream, stir briefly, turn off the heat and mix with the cooked chicken.
  3. Place vegetables and sausage on a pancake and roll.
  4. Sereve with a drink.
