    1. Hi Zara, I don't think it's right, wait a bit until the baby is introduced to other foods. I was refused registration at a gym when my baby was still 3 months and asked to come back when he is six and supplement in with other foods. Their reason was that those exercises will affect breast milk production ,the more calories you burn, the more weight you lose, the lesser your body produces milk. Just hold body, be a bit patient with the baby.

    Sorry Eya you are wrong. As long as she is still eating healthy she can work out After 6 weeks. That's what I did and I am back to my uk size 10 6 months after baby
