How To Bake Chocolate Cake By MizOsa

Well baked chocolate cake.

Ingredients for chocolate cake:


8 eggs
 500gram flour
 500gram butter
 250gram sugar
 chocolate flavor 28ml (one bottle)
 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder(75g)
one can peak milk
2 teaspoons of baking powder (30g)
4 teaspoons of chocolate syrup
One table spoon of browning
3 tablespoons of liquid preservative(squadron)

two tablespoons of powder preservative

PROCEDURE:

Step one:
 put your butter in a clean bowl and add
your sugar. Then cream very well till it is fluffy

Step two
Add your egg yolk one after the other inside the fluffy creamed butter and sugar and mix gradually very well. One by one. Separate the egg white in another bowl.
After creaming all the egg yolk one after the other (i e put one egg yolk cream very well, put another egg yolk cream very well again repeatedly till the yolks are finished) please make sure you don't put all the egg yolks once.

Step three
in a clean bowl put your flour and add  baking powder,cocoa powder,powdered preservative and mix very well together

Step four: 
open your milk and pour in a cup, use your egg whisker and whisk your egg white till it is foaming like soapy water.
Add your flavor to your creamed butter and sugar and egg yolk.

Step five:
 inside the creamed butter sugar n egg yolk,gradually add your flour ,follow by your egg white , follow by your milk bit by bit and fold together. Then put your chocolate syrup inside and fold then add your browning and fold all together.
put your batter inside your lined cake pans(line your pans. First with butter and with paper) and pre heat your oven for 15 min in a high heat and reduce to a low heat after 15min. Then put your pan in the oven and allow to bake for 2 hour 30 mins in a low heat
After which your chocolate cake is Ready.

    1. Before you can get one, you can start baking with your normal stove or small gas cooker, using a pot, sand or stones. But it takes longer sha.
