Scent leaves vegetable egg sauce with boiled unripe plantain
This was how I made my birthday breakfast... And it
was so yummmmmmy, I sent pictures of it to my elder sister and her husband wants her to prepare it... What can I do than to refer her to the source www.wivestownhallconnection.com *wink*

Ingredients Used
Eggs
Fresh Tomatoes
Fresh Pepper
Scent Leaf
Crayfish
Vegetable Oil
Onion
Unripe plantain
Salt 
Maggi Crayfish & Maggi star

How I Prepared it
1) Peel & cut the plantain to desired size and cook in boiling salted water

2) In another pot, I heat d empty pot and added some vegetable oil, while hot I added my sliced onion.

3) I added my chopped fresh tomatoes and grounded fresh pepper (I did d grinding with onion) & allowed to cook for a while (didn't check d timing)

4) I added the crayfish, Maggi crayfish, magic star & salt to the grind Vegetables.

5) I added the whisked egg and finally the scent leaf
Ingredients For Mint Vegetable Egg Sauce
Boiling unripe plantain with a little salt
Sauce with boiled plantain cleared like magic
This is one tasty yummy meal that can be served at any time of day.

  7. Nice. looks good. I love egg fried this way but I barely tolerate unripe plantain. I will use half-ripe instead. Well done. mr and mrs anon, we are doing a recipe challenge using plantain as the secret ingredient. Pls submit your own before I report you to Bonario our HOD.
