Chicken gizzard can be cooked in so many different ways like; In our gizzard fried rice , as gizzard sauce, grilled, dodo gizzard or gizdodo, as gizzard kebabs, roasted or even stir-fried like this recipe. Gizzards are rich in nutrients and antioxidants, they are less expensive compared to other chicken parts. To enjoy gizzards, you have to be patient and let them cook through. HOW TO COOK GIZZARD STIR-FRYINGREDIENTS:
1 kg gizzard
2 medium sized onion
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/3 teaspoon rosemary
2 teaspoons grated ginger
2 seasoning cubes
Salt to taste
2 cups water
2 large red bell peppers (Tatashey)
1 large green pepper
3 medium sized plum tomatoes COOKING METHOD:

1. Wash and boil gizzard in the two cups of water, with one onion and salt till cooked through (till done in the middle too o). This should take up to 30 to 45 minutes.

This Nigerian egg roll without yeast recipe is in response to the comment asking if it can be made with no yeast. Cooking Procedure is just like the egg roll with yeast except that here I added milk but no yeast.
See recipe here but one thing take away the yeast and add 2 tablespoonfuls of milk instead. I made some of these with whole boiled eggs while some have only small pieces of egg in them (recession rolls).
