HOW TO MAKE EGG SAUCE WITH UNREFINED SHEA BUTTER. Eating shea butter is the perfect way to nourish the skin from inside out.

The benefits we gain from rubbing shea butter on our skin and

Get unrefined shea butter only from trusted sources, there’s so much adulterated shea butter sold in markets. Cooking with unrefined shea butter is actually healthier than dairy butter.

 

FOR THIS BREAKFAST: INGREDIENTS FOR SHEA BUTTER EGG SAUCE

  •  2 eggs
    1 small piece onion
    2 scotch bonnets
    1 small tomato
    2 teaspoons unrefined shea butter
    A pinch of salt
    Served 2 adults. #deliciousandhealthy
 

HOW TO MAKE EGG SAUCE WITH SHEA BUTTER:

 

Add shea butter to a heated frying pan, let it melt and get hot.

 Crack eggs into a bowl, whisk together with pepper, onion, tomato, and salt or seasoning, then pour in the heated pan.

Egg sauce like scrambled eggs cooks really fast. So, stir, check for salt and turn off the heat.

I served with bread rolls and some vegetables; watermelon.


A few months back, I was lucky to order during promo even though I wasn’t aware of the promo, he sent so much and informed me that I was only paying for half the quantity because of the buy one get one free promo then.

I still have some unopened jars and because I don’t want to cook with the jars we are using as hair and body creams, I had to open a new jar for cooking and we enjoyed this shea butter egg sauce. The meal of 2 eggs served two.

There is no need for an egg sauce recipe because I feel like we all can scramble eggs and when ingredients like tomatoes, onion, pepper and seasoning are added, it becomes our Nigerian egg sauce fit for serving with bread, boiled rice, yam, plantain and even potatoes.
