How To Wear Skinny Jeans, My Look Today

I love skinny jeans, they just have a way of making one look slimmer especially the darker shades. The name skinny jeans does not mean that they are meant for only skinny people, no. These are called skinny jeans because they are, and look skinny, tiny compared to flared and other types of jeans. With appropriate shoes, tops and other accessories, even Plus size women can comfortably wear skinny jeans. The word skinny refers to the cut of the leg which is tiny and skinny..

How to wear Skinny Jeans And Look Fabulous:
Choose the right size of skinny jeans, the size that won't look too tight and bumpy on the knees.Pick a size that fits properly, that's just reasonably tight and allows you bend and squat comfortably. If you are a plus size, I'll recommend the high rise jeans so you don't show off everything at the backside each time you bend to sit.If you want to draw attention to your long legs, then go with brighter colors on heels but do not forget that darker shades make y…

A Man Can Truly Love More Than One Woman At A Time? FALSE

So, I read Etcetera's thoughts on "infidelity by Most Nigerian men" and nearly started to think that since he is a man speaking from a man's point of view, then this must be true. But then I thought to myself ...These end times? it's best to encourage yourself in the Lord, to minister to yourself so you are not blown about by every wind and speech,  like dry corn chaf blown by harmattan wind.

Little wonder it went viral on blogs. For me, the word of God is my standard. Nothing is new and if Jesus came down here in the form of man, lived all his years without falling for any woman, then a man can be honestly faithful to one woman, Social media or not, Internet or not.

The Weakness of the flesh can be manifested in different ways by different people. To some it's women, to some alcohol and drinking while to some others it could be insatiable greed for money. I would say it is best for people to recognise their individual areas of weakness if any and to prayer…

Ankara styles Updated

Hi, welcome again to my Nigeria fashion. So,  some of my ankara outfits are right here with me and I'm so happy to update. If only I learnt how to sew, things
would have been different. Just buy the fabric, get home, cut and sew in a matter of days. But come on, can one person do everything in life? No one can do all. We need each other to survive so,  dear tailors, mind yourself. I wanted this skirt exactly on my knees o, from these pic looks like it's below the knees. Slow network just acting up now. When it gets better, I'll upload more of this outfit pics: The ones with my neck bent to the south o, the ones with my keg crossed like I don't care,  the ones with me learning to smile at the camera. But sha,  must one smile at the camera? I don't see anything wrong with just looking straight and normal for shoots o. My people like to beg me to smile at the camera all the time. Na by force?I don't know how to do it and not even interested in learning sef. How c…

My Sunday Wear: Maxi Dress In A Jacket

The long dress is warm except for the hands, and, this is what I can wear now without going late for the sermon. I have tried to change my style but it isn't working so I give up. How people manage to get ready ahead of time, pick what to wear the previous day and just relax is what I don't know o. When I attend events late, it's because I'm looking for what to wear at the very last mionute. I rush to iron when I should be dressing up. If there's no electricity at the time, say NEPA is her best, I start rushing outside to turn on the generator and while doing all that, time is ticking.
There are times I have dressed up for an event, walked out the door and turned back to go change the outfit because I'm not comfortable or don't feel what I'm wearing is appropriate. This is such a bad habit I don't know how to change. So, this Sunday morning, this lovely dress is all I can wear without ironing or thinking too much but the sleeves. My old jacket to t…

Nigerian White Soup To CookThis Weekend

The Nigerian white soup is one very easy to cook south south soup that is now accepted all over the country. It's one Nigerian soup that can be served as the main course or starter. The consistency of this soup makes it easy to swallow with foo foo, wheat meal, pounded yam,  starch, pounded plantain, semovita or even amala.

The thickness depends on who is cooking, and the

[20:00, 07/07/2015]‬: I'm tired of being lonely.

I really don't want to write much here, when my man shows up, he can ask me all the personal questions.

I'd like to settle down. But not just with any person. I want to marry a single father. Maybe someone with 1 or 2 or 3kids. Yes, a widower.

A matured and responsible working class man. Accomplished too. Someone who needs a companion for himself and a mother to his children.
Most importantly, he must be a Godlover. Not someone who believes in just any universal God. He must be someone who EXACTLY sees Christ as God.
Well, im a single mum too. Close to hitting my thirties. A graduate and a business owner. I'm doing great. Very great.
I'm also a very loving person. And a GodLover. I'm

My Husband Betrayed His Friend, What Can I Do?

Hello Aunty Eya, pls I need your advice. pls help me do d necessary correction before u post this, I schooled in the village ,so my English is bad. Back to the story.
I caught my hubby 5 years ago cheating on me, I was devastated because I trusted this man with my whole heart. The lady was his friend's fiancee, I found it very difficult to believe, never knew this can happen to a very close friend talk more of my hubby. we fought, fought and fought but with d help of his mother, we settled everything. He cut every tie with d lady but I never knew he went so deep to d level in which his friend got to know about it.
Few months ago, something was telling me to check his phone that something is going on, I checked, I saw this lady's love text messages, begging him to let them continue, that she still loves him, hubby ignored but later started replying. He told her that he's broke now that she should give him more time that he will treat her like a queen.

Good day Aunty Eya and thank you for what you do through your blog. i am currently at a crossroad in my marriage and i need all the good advice that i can get. My story began 5years ago when i met a wonderful man with the characteristics that i have always prayed for though he was quite older than i was as i was 24 and he was 44 without a wife and children.

Sunday In A Black Jalabiya Dress

The jellabiya dress is one dress that in the past I associated with Religion. It is a traditional Arab dress worn by both men and women, pronounced Gellabiya in Egypt. When a woman is seen in a jalabiya, she is automatically a hajiya to me, that's before I got some lessons on Jalabiya. This dress predates Islam. It's worn over other clothing but not me o, in this hot Abuja weather. I only have my black camisol and pair of tights in there. The male version of Jalabiya is called Kandura in the United Arab Emirates and they look lovely in white. The Jalabiya dress can be sewn in various styles with varying length of sleeves and distance from the floor.
Although the Kaftans and Jalabiyas have a deep root in the middle East and Asia, in recent years,
they have come to be loved by many including me. It took a lot of convincing by the seller to get me pick this dress because I thought it's strictly an Islamic attire, not until the lady educated me that now, any woman can wear and …

Nigerian Meat Pie For This Weekend, Let's indulge a little

We love meat pie,the kids too, knowing a little history of these delicious pies can go a long way in helping us bake even more varieties. The beginning of the meat pie can be traced back to the Neolithic Period, around 9500 BC. The ancient Egyptians' diet featured basic pies made from oat, wheat, rye, and barley, and filled with honey and baked over hot coals. These pies were eventually adopted by the Greeks, and it is there that a flour-water paste substance closely resembling pie pastry was created and was first filled with meat. In

A long time ago in China , a girl named Li-Li got married & went to live with her husband and mother-in-law. In a very short time, Li-Li found that she couldn't get along with her mother-in-law at all. Their personalities were very different, and Li-Li was angered by many of her mother-in-law's habits. In addition, she criticized Li-Li constantly. Days passed, and weeks passed. Li-Li and her mother-in-law never stopped arguing and fighting. But what made the situation even worse was that, according to ancient Chinese tradition, Li-Li had to bow to her mother-in-law and obey her every wish. All the anger and unhappiness in the house was causing Li-Li's poor husband the great distress. Finally, Li-Li could not stand her mother-in-law's bad temper and dictatorship any longer, and she decided to do something about it! Li-Li went to see her father's good friend, Mr. Huang, who sold herbs. She told him the situation and asked if he would give her some poison so that she c…

In My Little Coffee Dress With Brown Sandal For Fun Outing

Outing was fun even with the two girls arguing the whole time in the car. They do that a lot and I always remind them that their elder sisters never argued or fought because the younger is always very obedient to her big sis even clearing her plates after eating but these two? The younger is the one that would always like to send her elder sis on errands but won't shift when her attention is needed. I told her today to try and ignore this my last girl. God willing she leaves for boarding in September and let's see how she won't miss her big sis.  Wharra hell girls? if one rolls down the car window, the other would wind it back up. If one touches mommy's gadgets, that is the exact time that the other wants it. Going out was fun but returning back home was less fun with me being the car chief judge.

I forgot to put all the pics as one before uploading. Just bear with the long scrolling. Have fun!
