Yam Porridge With Vegetables By Arene

Yam porridge with vegetables. 
I made use of: 
Onion
Tomatoes
\Pepper
Pumpkin leaves
Scent leaves
Offal
Yam
Groundnut oil
Palm oil
Seasoning.
Ingredients can be modified based in your taste.

PREPARATION:

The tomatoes, pepper, onion, offal, pumpkin and scent leaves are cut into small pieces and set aside. 
The yam is cut and washed, placed in a pot and brought to boil. I usually add little salt to my yam.
A serving of yam porridge with vegetables

In another pot, I add

 my desired quantity of groundnut oil and in it, the tomatoes, pepper and onion are fried, not forgetting to add your seasoning. The offal is added last.
When the yam is cooked, the sauce is added alongside little palm oil (easy on the oil). Stir and leave for few minutes.
Add your vegetables, stir and your food is ready.
Enjoy.
