Thank You All I'm Now Pregnant. I Need Tips Please

Goodmorning madam Eya, I hope this message meets you in good condition. Pls help me post my mail. I came to this same blog(WC) few months back seeking for advice concerning infertility. The Almighty GOD has smiled at me as I am currently 4months pregnant.

(I praise his mightiness). I give thanks to madam eya and the honourable WC members that took time to share my problem and the numerous advice I receive in this very home saving blog. My fellow WC members pls I need to know what I should do,eat, avoid to have a healthy pregnancy althrough

My most concern is
I don't want those vagina tears during delivery and also those saggy shrunk breast some women have after breastfeeding.( my cousin that also happens to be my best friend has those sagging breast after just one child that she breastfed for  a full year.) I have only been to the hospital twice and I am currently taking pregnacare plus,I will also like to know if there is other vitamins I should be taking with it.

Lastly, I am very scared of the pain that comes with delivering a child as many women have testified to it,I will be very glad to know the things, or exercises to ease those pains. Thank you.

Congrats on ur baby to be,God will grant you safe delivery. First about the boobs no matter what you do or whether breast feed or have a child or not, they will surely drop and sag its obeying d law of gravity and nature,so consider the advantages of a breast fed baby over saggy boobs that can be packaged with a good push up bra, but while ur breastfeeding make sure you wear a verry firm bra for support it helps. And for the pains go to a hospital that gives epidural. Good luck

  3. congratulations on your pregnancy. try and avoid uncooked eggs, take folic acid, calcium iron supplements if u have not started. drink loads of water, wash your vegetables thoroughly before eating. avoid too much carbs, eat more protein and fruits, and veggies so that your baby won't be too big and so you don't get episiotomy or tear. exercise regularly but nothing stressful so that u will have a fast labour and delivery. as for the pain, you have to find a hospital that offer epidural and tell them you need it on time.

Congrats dear, don't worry you ll learn to love your body afterwards. There's been arguments that it is actually pregnancy and not breastfeeeding that changes your breast. Everybody is not the same, just cos someone else's is very droopy doesn't mean yours will be. As for episiotomy, I heard some nurses actually just cut you to speed things up which is very bad. So you need to speak to your health care provider about your fears on this issue. If you can afford it, there is this beautiful thing called epidural, I call it beautiful cos its the best thing since microwave. But if you can't, I tell you, you can do it..we are very resilient and from the beginning, our body was built to do this. You ll be fine dear.

  12. Congratulations dear sis. Pregnacare is pk as it contains everything you need. The hospital drugs made me throw-up so my doctor allpwed me take pregnacare plus till I delivered.
Niko don't listen to women you feed you lies that pain is a must for delivery. I had no pains I repeat I had no pain. Contractions in its real sense is not pain. I went to hospital based on hunch and one hour after I got there and 5minutes(yes you read right) in the delivery room with my hubby I had a 3.6kg baby amidst chatting with the midwife.
