Which Network Is The Best/Worst Telecom Service Provider In Nigeria?

Hello Madam Eya, good morning. I know that you bloggers make use of all these networks and can tell which is performing and which is not. If you can help me, you don't need to publish this on the blog.

I am
tired of changing from one Network to the other and being disappointed again and again. This is my third time of porting yet the connection is still very slow especially between 10am and early evening.

Can you please advise me on which network you think is faster among the Telecom service providers in Nigeria? Among the underlisted and any other you may have tried, which is the worst Service Provider? Please help a confused reader.

  1. Etisalat
  2. MTN
  3. Glo
  4. Airtel
  5. Starcomms
  6. Multilinks
  7. Any other

when it come to internet subsription i will advise u go for Etisalat, even in making calls too. serves me better. Glo is ok too but not cheap when used to call other netwks, also their free sms n the rest will be useless to u if u dont have a glo user as a friend.

Like I always tell pp who complain abt network services, there is no perfect network, but there is a perfect network for a particular area, that explains why u might be complaining of a particular network while some1 else is praising it. The best tin 4 U to do is find out(might be a rigourous process) wat network best suits ur vicinity, mayb by asking pp around U wat network they use or simply putting the network to test yourself. Also for some reasons some mobile phones are able to get better reception, that explains why some1 using d same network with U might have better service than U. Basically in my opinion, do some research; ask around U. But the sad part is it might just be @ a point when the network is experiencing temporary issues. It took me a while 2 discover mine (Glo) but now I can download often! (Ofcourse dere are times that I can't, but in d end I'm still satisfied wit its services! "No perfect network") MrsAAA

Also let me add(as if its not lengthy enof) if ur going 4 internet subscription for modems Its always better to go with CDMA brands like Visafone, Multilinks, Starcomms rather than regular telecomm networks. They offer way better services. MrsAAA

Why is everybody saying MTN is worst? I guess you are all talking about the modem and not the phone internet. To me, MTN is serving me well on my BB, I can't say about the modem but its actually serving me well. And I stay in Lagos
