Homemade Pizza From Scratch, My Second Attempt

Homemade pizza from scratch my second attempt. This pizza was made during the holidays using moji’s pizza recipe. The kids enjoyed it so much that even with the large size, it didn’t last till evening. I didn’t eat not even a bite but

the praises and requests for more made me feel good (not a pizza fan, draw soup with swallow is just OK for me).

My girls actually concluded that this pizza tasted way better than all the Supermarket pizza’s daddy has been giving them #ProudMe. They preferred this to every other kind of pizza they ever ate cos they are pizza lovers. It made me feel so good. I told them that I won’t post this on the blog cos it doesn’t look as good as moji’s but changed my mind this morning when I saw comments requesting  for recipes. I stopped

taking pictures while cooking cos it felt like everything Nigerian recipe is on the blog but I think we should resume again. I will start taking pics very soon for now sha let me convince my … at the top that I’m giving him more attention than I give the blog.

The day they requested for it, I didn’t have all the ingredients at home yet they agreed to eat even with incomplete and improvised ingredients, so I made it that way. The next attempt will be better. I have pics of my first attempt but not bold enough to post. Lolz

*Wishing that someone will teach us how to make gbegiri and even ewedu soup and how to stir smooth amala. I hear that name alot but have no idea how they are cooked. I buy amala with ewedu to eat and seriously wish I can learn how to cook them myself.

Back to Pizza, I don’t think my recipe is necessary at this time, let me just lead you to where I copied and pasted in my kitchen:
GO TO MOJI’S PIZZA FROM SCRATCH TO GET THE COMPLETE PICTURES AND RECIPE.

  2. Aunty Eya, kindly make this a post for me. Can't get thru to your email.
I was dating a guy a while ago and we havnt seen for close to two years and all of a sudden he comes into the country this week and insisted on introducing himself to my mum last night. I was a bit hesitant but I had to allow him.I think he is going to propose to me. Infact I'm sure of it. I am 28yrs old and I beliv its time to get married. People have started being on my case about it too.
The problem now is that while I lost contact with this guy(I will name him A) I started seeing some1 else (B). I have weighed my options and ticked off qualities I will like in a husband and B ticks all the right boxes so far. B lives in anoda state and told me some months ago that we need to see and have a serious talk. I pressured him on the fone on what the serious talk was about and he replied 'do you want me to tell you that I'll marry you over the fone'? But we are yet to have time to meetup and talk. I really don't want to be in a situation where A will propose and I will have to regect becos I'm waiting for B's proposal. Infact I don't want to blow my chances and keep waiting for B to come and have the talk with me. Please is there a way that doesn't sound desparate to tell B abt A's visit with my mum. I really want B to make a move quickly b4 A proposes. He just hasn't had the time to come to Lagos and I havnt had time to go to c him. B is what I want in a husband. Please how do I go abt telling him to hurry up in a non-desperate way? I need to somehow tell him to know wat his decision is. I don't want to come-off as desperate cos he might just think I'm making up stories so he can propose quickly. Sorry about the epistle.

  5. Well done aunty Eya, 1 of my kids favourite but I aways find it easy to buy rather than make it.
You can add d tomatoe paste as d base of d pizza and all ur veggies can be added raw as it'll cook in the oven.

    5 Reasons For Not Eating
    Instant Noodles

    Instant noodles have
    become familiar food

    reason is of course because
it is practical and easy to
    serve it, also cheap.
Moreover it is quite good to
    make this snack more and
    more fans.
    But behind the many

  9. Thank you for your reply. I actually don't want A and I don't want a man that lives abroad. The thing is, what if B ends up not proposing and I miss my opportunity with A that is serious right now. I'm not getting younger. I need a way to tell B to hurry up without sounding desperate.

  12. Why remain anonymous. I bet you don't have children that is why you talk about another persons children this way.
If you carry on like this you will never have children of your own. Call Lizzy whatever name but don't refer to her innocent children. You are indeed a sad soul.

  14. Yes Anon, I used a normal oven. Can't remember details now cos this was made when the long holiday just started, in July. I know the oven was pre heated and it took longer than the timing Moji gave us in her recipe. This took upto 20 minutes to cook.

  18. My dear you are 28 not 18, so U̶̲̥̅̊ shud politely tell A dat U̶̲̥̅̊ dnt want him and then pray to God that B proposes. He has already told U̶̲̥̅̊ he plans to propose, so dnt rush him. From U̶̲̥̅̊я tone, U̶̲̥̅̊ re already sounding desparate and its d worst thing that can happen to a lady. Once a guy notices dat, he will withdraw or pull back. U̶̲̥̅̊ can't eat U̶̲̥̅̊я cake and ve it. Listen to dat little voice in U̶̲̥̅̊ and take a firm decision and stand by it. B seems to be U̶̲̥̅̊я person. Are U̶̲̥̅̊ sure A has not jst come out of prison abroad? Mayb dats y U̶̲̥̅̊ ve not heard 4rm him in 2yrs. Shine U̶̲̥̅̊я eye babe. Dats my 2cents.
