Hi aunty Eya and my fellow wc families, my name is Mary .......... and my number is.............., the challenge I have is that I only have 2wks to
slim down before I go home for holidays. Please I need help on diet plan and exercise. Thk u all.

    Why must u slim down becos u r going home?
    When its ur choice but I think there should be a tangible reason for doing things dat way we get dem done faster and easier and do not get beat up if we do not get the desired results...

    Take 1 bowl of sheabutter 3ce daily for 2weeks. Take 6 quail eggs daily and finally, drink 2 ltrs daily of moringa tea daily for the duration //teamslimbodyoflife//

    Eat garden eggs 4 breakfast and dinner and Ʊ wil be amazed.

    Add d skip n jog 2 it.

    Also drink lots of water.

    1. BeBe, aren't you the same person who mentioned garden eggs in aiding weight loss in another post?

      I agree with you, it does help. Poster, if you can't stand eating it alone, spice it with other fruits.

      Also take tea(tea bags) + lime.
      Avoiding late night meal.
      Take bitterleaf/scent leaf(efinrin) juice :D.
      Take fruits and veggies as dinner/supper and watch your weight come down.

  15. Lemon, grape, infact citrus fruits generally are good for weight loss, just drink it early in d morning and carry it everywhere u go as ur flavoured water, it will not only help u lose weight it will help detoxify ur system and cleanse ur colon.

  18. cut off carbohydrate totally, be on protein diet. take beans, moi moi, fish, vegetable, try to walk for 25mins daily, skip.
