Light shredded beef sauce

Shredded beef sauce is one easy sauce that can be whipped within a few minutes yet tastes so good. can be cooked thick or light depending on how you want it. To thicken, just add baking flour and that's all. To give it that Chinese twist if you like Chinese, add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Here I cooked this for my Nigerian palate. Light and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large bulb red onion
  • 1kg shredded beef
  • 1 small bunch (3) spring onion
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 Teaspoon ground fresh pepper
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 2 stock cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup water

COOKING DIRECTION
  1. Heat oil in a fry pan or wok till very hot. Add the onion and spring onion without the green leaves. Add salt and stock cubes.
  2. Stir briskly for about 20 seconds before adding the shredded beef. Mix well and cover to

Kourtney Kardashian Still NOT Pregnant With Younes Bendjima’s Baby, One Year After Report; reveals the foods she avoids

Kourtney Kardashian still isn’t pregnant with Younes Bendjima’s baby, one year after Gossip Cop busted a false report claiming the reality star was expecting a child with her boyfriend. This bogus narrative obviously hasn’t aged well for the tabloid that made it up.
On February 5, 2017, Gossip Cop debunked an article claiming that Kardashian was pregnant with her fourth child. The phony story said that the reality star was “still in love with Scott Disick,” but was expecting a baby with Bendjima instead. Of course, the magazine’s alleged source had very little evidence to back up this assertion.  One year later, Kourtnry remains NOT PREGNANT. So, that was very false report on the oldest Kardashian sister.

We are all aware that there's fake rice in the market and that consuming it can be detrimental to health.
Simple test to know if the rice in your kitchen is plastic or food.
Take a spoonful of rice and set it on fire. What happens next will make you tick.

China remains the largest rice producer in the world. The Middle Empire harvests more than 200 million tons of rice a year and a large number is exported all over the world.
However, cooks and consumers must be cautious: not only does this food contain pesticides used in Chinese agriculture, but according to The Korea Times, rice can also be manufactured artificially. The potato starch is mixed with plastic (synthetic resin, for example) and then takes the form of a

Gizzard Fried Rice Updated

Diced gizzard in fried rice
Gizzard replaced liver in 2016. I remember when I used to cook cow liver, dice and add to fried rice for that brown colour and extra protein. It's now easier to find gizzard than liver, so I tried and it delivered. Adding gizzard by my taste palate is way better. This is the only way I can enjoy gizzard because I don't like them. When

2 Seasoning cubes
1 cup ground crayfish

Steps
