Step by step recipe for Braided bread stuffed with stir fried minced meat

Braided bread stuffed with stir fried minced meat and vegetables.
Braided bread is made the same way my caterpillar bread is except for the braiding. If you can bake my caterpillar (Minced meat) bread, then this should be very easy to understand. For the filling, you can chose vegetables, chicken, any filling you love just let it not be watery to avoid messy braids.

I used
  • 8 cups (1kg) flour
  • 4 teaspoons of yeast
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • /2 teaspoon of salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups (500ml) warm milk
  • 3 tablespons vegetable Oil

1/4 kg of minced meat (You can blend your beef or buy minced meat from the supermarket)
3 medium sized onion bulbs
Seasoning cubes to taste
5 large Scotch bonnet pepper without the seeds
1/2  cup Vegetable oil or more for stir fry

First stir fry the onion, pepper and minced meat. Add seasoning and turn off the heat.

Dinner By My 8 Year Old, Without Supervision

Sandwich dinner

This my baby is not yet 10 oh, and every time she makes food for herself, I look at her again and ask "are you sure no one helped you in the kitchen? By my
ratings, she is great. At this age, Food Channel is one of her favourites and she loves all Masterchef shows. Looks like she going to be a fantastic Recipe Creator. I couldn't make dinner for myself at eight, maybe because I ate
anything my mother served but she is very selective. I served yam and egg sauce for early dinner and she didn't want it. At 7pm, busy enjoying blogs and doing other things, she appears before me  with this yummy looking plate and asked if she could eat this instead of the yam I gave them?

 Sandwich So delicious, so nutritious
My response was "Go get my phone for pics , this plate is too beautiful to be forgotten" Yesterday would have been my first experience with ham sandwich but e nor happen still because if I haven't cooked meat with pepper and salt and made sure it's done, I can't bite. I think she did a great job here. She is just in Primary four and smallish. Remember this beef burger she made? Her big sis also made this hot dog burger I shared in 2014.

INGREDIENTS For The Ham Sandwich:

  1. 2 slices wheat bread
  2. 2 slices turkey mortadella ham
  3. lettuce
  4. mayonnaise
  5. 2 slices cheddar cheese

My Sunday Breakfast, If Only I Knew All The Fruits In There

This nutritious glass is what I'mgoing to make for myself tomorrow morning. looks so sophisticated, exotic,  nutritious and good for my body and longer throat.  At first I thought it's not a kind of drink one can get in Nigeria but on a closer look, those things in there are all fruits that one can easily get at Wuse market or any supermarket.
I  can see strawberries in there, kiwi fruit, blackberries, apples, passion fruit and and I don't need to put the flower on top. But again, these fruits are expensive o. Maybe I just

Step By Step Pictorials On Puff Puff Making By AyaOba

Puff puff
Puff puff.
Nigerian puff puff is what I call fried bread because minus the nutmeg in it, if this puff puff batter is put in baking pans instead and baked, that is very good bread there. Most times I like to leave the mixed batter over night to get sour dough which is also good for puff puff.
With this picture/step by step tutorial, puff puff (oily buns) making couldn't be simpler. Now I can go for my third attempt at puff puff making.  I promise
