NIGERIAN CHICKEN STEW RECIPE

Here is my Nigerian chicken stew recipe.

Nigerian chicken stew is delicious. Best cooked with layers, with native fowl but in the case when there is no native Nigerian chicken and all you have is soft frozen chicken, tomato chicken stew can still be cooked.

All I do in that case is bake or grill the chicken to get rid of some juices and harden it a bit, because without doing that, the whole chicken will get crushed even before the one pot stew is ready.

Here I used frozen chicken (soft). Grilling it first helped make the chicken good for tomato stewing.
