HOW TO BOIL EGGS IN A MICROWAVE WITHOUT EXPLODING

HOW TO BOIL EGGS IN A MICROWAVE WITHOUT EXPLODING.   If your eggs explode in the microwave while boiling, that means you didn’t do it right. They shouldn’t explode at all. Boiling eggs in a microwave is easy. Boiling wrongly can help explode the eggs right inside your microwave and turn the whole area messy. Never

drop eggs in a microwave and turn on the heat without first ensuring that there is enough salted water to completely cover the eggs. People complain that they tried to boil eggs in the microwave and the eggs exploded.

No. That shouldn’t happen if you harden your water and egg shells with some table salt. Different microwaves heat a bit differently. Some brands of microwaves actually have where you can set the heat to some percentage higher or lower, mine doesn’t have all that setting. You only check the timing and that’s all.

So, I boiled these three eggs below in a microwave and they came out lovely. From my microwave timing, 5 minutes is enough to give you a bit runny eggs. I like my boiled eggs a bit runny not hard boiled.
If you like hard boiled eggs, leave the eggs a bit longer like three to four minutes more and that’s it. When eggs are cooked or when the microwave timing is off, do not just shell the eggs immediately, I like to leave the eggs sitting in that hot water for a minute or two more. Drain off the hot water and then pour in cold or tap water before cracking and serving. It’s best to soak boiled eggs in cold water before cracking the shells. Why? That helps  with easy removal of the egg shells.
The runny yellow yolk by the left was removed from he microwave after five minutes. The two hard boiled eggs cooked for about 8 minutes.

HERE ARE THE STEPS TO BOIL EGGS WITH A MICROWAVE WITHOUT EXPLODING:

1. First wash the eggs and gently place in a deep microwave safe bowl, mug, jug or cup.

2. Add enough water to cover the eggs completely without filling the container used because you don’t want water boiling and splashing in the microwave.

3. Sprinkle in some salt.

4. Place a lid or microwave cover on the jug and place in the microwave. Shut the door. (Shop good microwaves on Amazon).

5. Set the timing to five minutes and hit the microwave Start Button. After five minutes, your eggs are cooked but not hard boiled. It’s best to let them stand in the hot water for a minute or more before draining and replacing with cold or tap water for easy cracking of eggs. If you like hard boiled eggs, when you put the eggs in the microwave, set the timing to about 8 minutes and cook.
Enjoy.
