BEEF SAUCE WITH BOILED RICE AND FRIED PLANTAIN

How to make beef sauce without water or thickener.

There are very many methods of cooking beef sauce. The one commonly known is the beef curry cooked with baking flour used as thickener. That tastes good but this is without the curry and

thickener for a change. In this recipe, that natural beef flavor is retained, it mixes with the fried vegetables and tastes really good with boiled rice. There is gizzard curry and shredded chicken sauce already on the blog incase you want to check them out.

After frying the onion, green pepper and tomatoes, it’s best to turn down the heat and let the beef simmer because you want the juices released into the pot.

When the juices are released, there will be no need for more water as the sauce will almost cover the meat.

It’s also best to wash the meats just before adding to the cooking pot so that the water from the washing , I mean the meat is still dripping water so that helps too with juices release.
