HOW TO MAKE TOMATOES STEW WITHOUT FRYING

Tomatoes stew with fish and meat
A serving of tomatoes stew.
These four methods of preparing fresh tomatoes before cooking Nigerian tomato stew, they work for me every time. They never fail to deliver: I can't even remember the last time I had to waste gas or electricity boiling tomatoes till dry before making my stew. There's no need for that anymore...
1. Boiling the washed tomatoes before blending.
2. Blending before boiling but, straining out the excess water once the foam is gone and paste separates from liquid.

3. Blending fresh and tin (Canned) tomatoes together with onion, boiling before use.
4. Blending tin tomatoes with onion and pepper, boiling briefly before frying.

After Lunch, they all asked that I stick to this method of making stew without frying. Was very delicious.
