All you need is a sandwich maker, if there is none, a grill pan or fry pan should do the job; 4
slices of bread and other ingredients. In less than 5 minutes, your complete meal is ready with yummy aroma filling not just the kitchen but your whole compound.

INGREDIENTS FOR NIGERIAN TOASTED SANDWICH: How to toast bread with boiled egg and sandwich 

  • 4 Slices bread
    1 small onion
    2 boiled eggs
    1 can tuna or sardine
    1 fresh pepper (ata rodo) or 1 teaspoon roughly ground pepper.


    DIRECTION TO TOAST BREAD WITH BOILED EGG AND SARDINE 

    1. Cut  all the ingredients as shown below
    2. Place on a slice of bread, then place the onion rings on top
    3. Place the second slice on it  and place on a sandwich toaster. Repeat for all the remaining slices.
    4. Close your sandwich machine tight, turn it  on and leave for about 3 minutes or till the button turns green. Don’t worry about the sweet aroma seeping into your compound. It’s a good sign your bread is toasting well with the boiled egg and sardine.
    Serve hot NIGERIAN SANDWICH TOAST for breakfast or dinner.
