Boiled rice with vegetable sauce and fish

Before brunch yesterday Saturday, I ate three oranges as shown below. Brunch was my
remaining snail pepper soup. Before dinner, I snacked on 2 avocados and 3 African star fruits. Early dinner at 4pm was 1 cup (buy miracle sippy cup on Amazon) boiled rice (Buy Royal Basmati rice on Amazon)with green vegetable sauce and fish. My weight till today stands at 80.7kg. We are doing great but by this weekend, if I don't drop below 80 kg, just give me two dirty slaps on my cheeks. I promise you.

Snail pepper soup breakfast.

VEGETABLE SAUCE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
A handful ugu leaves (fluted pumpkin)
A handful green amaranth ( aleho)
3 plum tomato fruits
1/2 cup soya oil
1 tablespoon ground pepper
seasoning cube
1 small smoked titus fish (mackerel)
1 medium sized onion
Salt to taste.

COOKING DIRECTION:

1. Wash and chop all vegetables
2. Stir fry half the onion with half the tomatoes, the fish, pepper and seasoning cube. Stir for about 5 minutes and check for salt
3. Add the remaining onion, remaining tomatoes and the green vegetables. Stir and cover for about 2 minutes. Check...
4. Serve with rice, eba or any fufu swallow of choice.
