MY EASTER SUNDAY WEIGHT LOSS DAY 29

1 cup rice with chicken and pepper sauce.
This is the only real meal I ate yesterday Easter Sunday. 1 cup rice with chicken and pepper sauce.
However, a lot of different things passed through my digestive system and I won't beat myself because Easter happens just once in a year if I don't play a little today I might crave sha. So The easter cake... 3 pieces entered my system. Other pieces of chicken kept entering gradually gradually. Pulpy orange entered. 1 pure bliss wafer entered too. 1 snicker chocolate nearly entered but I recognized it fast fast and ran away. 1 meat pie too tried to enter o, she even succeeded in making me unwrap her but the too much butter I saw injected some sense into my head and I gave it away. 

Last last, one avocado entered at 4 pm and I told my self enough is enough for today. If I stay from this 4pm till brunch tomorrow without eating, I may have paid a little for my wandering mouth and then I'll weigh myself and see how far. Today, lie lie nothing will make me climb on that scale, so we see the weight on Easter Monday and work out the difference. Anyone else with a confession?

Easter Sunday, after derailing a bit, I couldn't find the courage to check my weight. Today Monday, I had to go early morning jogging for 30 minutes after which I worked out at home (Recorded),  the video will be added here once upload is complete.... See my weight after burning all that calories, nearly slipped down to 81 kg. I'm happy still at 80 kg.
