MY NIGERIAN WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY DAY 27

Sesame soup (Benni seed) with pounded yam.
My brunch and dinner plus snacking yesterday Friday; This portion is what only the 'slow and steady'
weight losers can eat oh. It's too much if you want to lose weight quickly. Pounded yam with sesame (benni seed) seed soup. That pounded yam is supposed to be like my small fist but it's bigger and I refused to cut out a little because I haven't swallowed pounded yam in a long while. By tomorrow, I'll forgive myself after climbing on that scale, that's incase it shoots up. All I took for brunch was some fruits; an avocado, a mango and an apple but sha after everything, I still went for two more mangoes afterall today is a holiday abeg.  I snacked on a piece of coconut too.

Going slow and steady, one day at a time. I cannot rush it oh. God will help us to arrive weight loss destination safely.
