Grilled Fish, Grilled chicken In Pan, In Barbecue

Grilled chicken cooking in a grill pan

Our grilled fish and grilled chicken in pan, in barbecue
Lovers of yahooza chicken suya will love this cos I don’t know how but the taste is exact same thing. I think the ingredients brought out
that taste. Both the chicken and fish were grilled without marinating and the taste? HEAVENLY. If you have the time, do marinate for at least an hour so the fish or chicken absorbs all the ingredients.
Remember to
use your brush from time to time while grilling, brush oil on the fish as it cooks.

Here is a video of me grilling chicken in a frying pan on a stove. Watch it on youtube and subscribe to updates like that. You can watch here and use it to grill or use the written recipe below.

Ingredients for grilled chicken sauce
Pounding garlic, ginger, onion, seasoning cubes for Nigerian barbecue sauce
Barbecue ingredients pounded to a pulp

my pepper sauce and pounded ingredients
Seasoned fish for grilling
Well spiced croaker ready to be grilled

With a brush, rub sauce and pepper sauce on the fish with oil, before grilling
Fish grilled in a pan, the heat was too much cos wanted to grill fast. It’s better grilled slowly

  2. Happy Birthday. You can place on any of grill pan or machine. The fish is on the electric machine while the chikos is on the pan grilling on a cooker.
The chicken on the barbecue was fantastic too but I can't find those pics now.

  3. You are welcome. Just remember not to leave it unattended cos you need to brush in oil and sauce a few more times before it's cooked.
I didn't include pics of my grilled beef here cos meat was still tough after grilling. Next time, I'll have to boil salted meat till tender before draining for grill. The beef wasn't enjoyable at all, to prevent someone trying it out, I removed those pics before publishing.
    You'll so much enjoy this.

  4. Hi Eya. I observed your comment about tough grilled beef. Boiling beef is an option but I found that it is more tasty if you use a tender cut of beef or apply meat tenderiser with your marinade.

  5. Wow,this is very good atleast one can stay at home to enjoy this without going to Aboki. I stopped eating any meat from Aboki people when a friend of mine who stays at Alaba international told me that they caught an Aboki man carrying a dead human being in a truck and when asked he said someone asked him to drop it at Alaba alago in Lagos and that is mainly where Aboki people that sells Suya lives.
