WELCOME TO MY WEIGHT LOSS PAGE

Wow. Welcome to my weight loss page.
This is me at 85 kg when the weight loss trip started.

Hello, welcome to my weight loss blog. This is my first post here, it is the beginning, today, of a
lifetime journey, God willing. I have been a weight loss journey with Nigerian food for a month now and have seen awesome results. People always said that Nigerian food is full of carbs and not easy to lose weight with. However, in these few weeks of my journey eating all Nigerian foods and still losing the weight, I have come to the conclusion that we can lose weight with the Nigerian diet. I am so happy for myself that I no longer put on shapewear or Spanx to hide my flat tummy and side folds when going out. Losing these few kilograms in one month has made a huge difference in my dressing already.

Beginning of my weight loss.

I’m 43 years young, was 86 kg at the beginning of March. It’s April now and I’m 79kg.

I wanted to lose weight slowly to avoid wrinkles.

And sagging skin that comes with rapid weight loss and this has worked perfectly.

In one month, I went slow and steady, lost about 6kg of my body weight and I’m feeling great with my skin looking clearer and softer, no wrinkles on my forehead, the side folds disappearing and what else can I ask for?

I love the new me and want to encourage anyone trying to lose weight with Nigerian food, to tell you that it is possible.

I want to lose weight for life, not to lose today and gain it back tomorrow, NO. It is a lifetime journey where we meet potholes, hurdles, smooth roads, roadblocks and all, but in all that, we win!

Let me tell you something dear, You can lose all that weight without giving up on your delicious Nigerian food. I have successfully done that in one month. If I can lose 5 kg in one month, then I can lose 10 kg in 2 months and 15 kg in 3 months and on and on and on if I wanted to.

I kept a record, photos of all the food I ate when this weight loss journey started and will write out a one-month weight loss plan with Nigerian food. Working on it already.
Welcome as you follow me on this slow but steady journey.

Again, welcome to my weight loss page.
