How to cook banga soup

Banga soup is cooked with the juice extracted from boiled and pounded palm nuts. Very delicious and particularly loved by The South-South people of Nigeria. It goes well with starch but you can enjoy with any other form of swallow; semo, eba, amala, pounded yam, etc.

This soup caught my attention at a first glance, I don’t know maybe it’s the fresh-looking, smooth yellow swallow beside the soup but this just made me crave some swallowing right now. Can you swallow in the morning?

This soup is by Home Made meals Nigeria, she is an event caterer and can be reached on 08058299703.

There is a banga soup recipe on the blog, cooked by #Dressedtothenines. Find it HERE
