Couscous with dodo, fish, sauce and vegetables

Couscous with fish and dodo.

 Couscous is a North African dish of small steamed balls of semolina, usually served with a stew  
The author of this delicious looking couscous meal @liliciois_cooking did not write out the recipe. She just wished her followers a bon a petit. Looking closely, I think I can reproduce this exact yumminess if provided
with the following ingredients.

  • Couscous 
  • Titus fish 
  • Ripe plantains 
  • Vegetable oil 
  • Onion 
  • 3 Tomatoes 
  • Pepper 
  • Salt 
  • Seasoning 
  • Thickener 
  • some vegetables, preferably washed Bitter leaf 
  • Water
