Ope did justice to this two pots of Ayamashe and egusi stew. This is something to try this weekend. When you taste this

stew, you’ll ask me for Ope’s email to send a thank you mail. Ayamashe stew recipe may look like it’s complicated but it’s not. I requested for it at a restaurant last weekend, ate a little and regretted that I didn’t just go home and cook mine with this recipe. It was nothing close to ayamashe, even the stew colour was red like canned tomato stew.

  1. I use fresh tomato 4 my melon soup! Den I eat d soup wit rice, yam or swallow! Yummy! But d tomato won't b so much! Not like d quantity for stew
