Eya Pancake Rolls, Nigerian

Nigerian pancake rolls with a tasty difference

Three Nigerian pancake rolls, steaming hot, fresh from the fire.
The first time I made pancakes with my old fry pan, I didn't know it can be improved upon. Then one day I tried  pancake rolls without sausages and named them vegetable pancake rolls, It felt like those were the best anyone can come up with. But, I was wrong, after mine, came Omalicha pancake rolls, quickly followed by Dinma reloaded pancake rolls and then pancake rolls and vegetable fillings by Ib, then again
this
major pancake roll hit by Eya Ayambem, my banana pancakes
were also very good.

INGREDIENTS For Eya Pancake Rolls:), hehe

  • Cabbage
  • Chicken frankfurt Sausages
  • Seasoning cube
  • Soya oil
  • Green pepper
  • Onion
  • Heinz mayonnaise
  • Heinz Salad cream
Chopped vegetables are sauteed lightly in a greased fry pan, sausages and seasoning added to taste before adding some salad cream and some mayonnaise, stir and leave to cook till a bit tender.
Sausages andb vegetables are cooked and ready to be scoop into pancakes.  Mayonnaise, seasoning and salad cream melt into the sausages and vegetables to give a yummy taste.
Making my pancake batter with enough eggs to enable folding with ease. I used three eggs for this one.
Cooked pancake, see step by step recipe below or visit the banana pancake recipe above,

Clean unsweetened pancakes. Unsweetened because I want to taste the sausages and cream

Tell me you never indulge, you never fry anything, you never eat anything sweet. We all indulge once in a while cos variety is the spice of life. Do you eat your salads and cole slaw without cream? or this is too different?

Tell me you eat only fruits and veggies daily and I'll tell you how unhappy your life is.
Aunty Eya welldone, sometimes taste what makes you feel good and don't because of some pretenders refrain from sharing with mua. kudos baby.

Madam, it's not compulsory to cook with Aunty Eya ingredients or cream, cook your own with water instead lets see how it tastes. Even your kids won't touch it and that's how they'll grow strong eh? #Bye
