How To Make Milo Muffins By Moji

How To Make Milo Muffins By Moji,  These Milo muffins should be great for
school lunch boxes, with an apple, juice and water, the kids are fine.

Get organized by measuring them in advance

Add your butter and sugar to your mixing bowl and mix till light and fluffy

I had some left over milk chocolate ( really tiny)  so I melted it and added to my mixture. It’s not necessary so you can skip this

Mix

Add your eggs one at a time (your eggs should be at room temperature, if it isn’t, drop them in a bowl of warm water and allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes)

Add the oil and yoghurt or sour cream; you don’t want to skip this, it makes it reeeeeeeeallyyyyy moist ( I used yoghurt)

 Mix together your dry ingredients

Use a whisk, it’ll help make it light

Add the dry ingredients to the wet in batches

Mix till just combined, don’t be tempted to over mix

When the third batch of the dry ingredients are mixed in, it’ll look and feel like mousse

Spoon into your lined muffin tins. You can pour directly into a greased tin as well

Ready to go into the oven at 350 for 25 mins.  Keep checking after the first 20 mins. When a toothpick inserted comes out clean, it’s done.

Sprinkle with some more of that delicious milo and devour! it’s so moist and light that even after leaving one in the fridge over night, it still felt lovely and gooey!

  1. Ace Bentley we are tired of you. You are still holding on to the chauvinistic mentality of yesteryears. You blame every problem on women. I feel very sorry for the poor girl that would end up your wife. It's men like you that become a users, baterers, cheats and so on. Read, travel just do something to broaden your mind. You are an ignorant being. Men like you should have been extinct by now. I am really tired of your ignorant, chauvistic, egoistic views. If you have nothing to say just shut the fu*k up and don't type. Nobody takes your advice anyways. I really hope that this your attitude is an act.

  9. You can't taste the yoghurt, I promise. It's in there more for the chemical reaction that makes the muffin moist. But if it really bothers you, you can make a quick sour cream substitute by adding vinegar or lemon or lime juice to a thick mixture of powdered milk and water. Sour cream in Nig is scarce and usually expensive.
