Mosa And Dodo Gizzard By Mrs Morgan


A serving of dodogizzard with mosa

Good afternoon,have learnt so much from Wc so I deem it fit to share this Mosa and dodogizzard recipe with the house,it's one of the small chops we long for@occasions.

Recipe for Mosa
Very ripe plaintain
Flour
Ground pepper
Maggi cube
Salt
Shredded fish[optional]
You blend d plaintain to smooth,add your flour and other ingredients mix till smooth leave for 10min to stand after which u deep fry.

Dodo gizzard Recipe
Ripe plaintain
Gizzard
Tomatoes
Pepper
Green pepper


Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Tyme
Curry
Salt
Vegetable oil

Preparation
Marinate gizzard with garlic,ginger,tyme,curry,maggi nd salt.u can decide how long you want it to marinate together.steam the gizzard on fire till soft.dice your Plaintain into cubes add ginger and a pinch of salt.
Slice your vegetables and set aside.
Cut your gizzard into smaller portions after it's cooked.
Fry your plaintain on low heat till slightly brown take it out nd fry d gizzard slightly take it out and fry ur veggies add seasoning when its dry add ur fry plaintain nd gizzard leave to simmer for 5mins nd serve.

Blended ripe plantain with flour left to stand for 10 minutes

    @mrs bala nd mrs joy yes I add d fish b4 frying btw u can use any fish of ur choice.I used roasted titus fish.

  20. Testimony time:- thanks mrs Morgan . I cooked d mosa this morning nd it turned out very nice nd sweet. U need to see d kids nd hubby doing Mmmmmm Mmmmmm. Even d one I took to d office was finished by my colleagues nd they were all amazed

    Hubby was askin where I learnt it frm but dats my little secret . I luv WC u guys hv really helped me improve on my cooking skill Lol. Thank you aunty eya for this platform.

    To marinate means seasoning d meat 2gther nd leaving it 4 som time b4 steaming on fire.d timining is depending on u,but mk sure its kept in d fridge.
