CousCous With Vegetables By Deborah Bala

CousCous With Vegetables By Deborah Bala. sequel to the last couscous recipe I sent and the questions on couscous, I decided to snap the pack of the couscous for easy identification and thought to send the one I made.

DIRECTION:

I used a frying pan this time around because I was making for just two of us,

I added cooking butter into the pan, allowed to melt then I added onions, sardine, when the onions was

translucent

I added the coconut milk and hot water, allowed to boil and added the vegetables, added the couscous and turned off the fire.

After five minutes stirred it with the spoon that is like fork. And served with coleslaw.

  2. I think you might have had bolgar wheat. Its like couscous but bigger grains. It is also a popular South African meal.

  6. Thanks! Made it but I used white clam sauce which is basically tiny clams in a broth. Used fish and seafood and frozen veggies (peas and carrots)! It's so yummy!! And healthy
