Spider Yam Served With Baked Beans And

  1. Breakfast spider yam served with baked beans and ketchup. Morning WC, decided to share a childhood breakfast recipe, I once asked my mum the name of this breakfast, when she couldn’t answer I decided to name it spider yam, and spider yam it
became for everyone in the house.

    PROCEDURE
Peel the yam and cut into small slices, put salt and water in a pot and boil, don’t boil for too long, maximum 15 minutes
Break eggs, add salt, Maggi, little yogi (pepper spice)
Drain out the water, and pour the yam into a tray for it to get cool, so that the eggs can stick well.
Dip yam into the egg and fry ( shallow frying, and add lots of onions)
    Spider yam meal
Spider yam served with baked beans and ketchup
A spider yam with beans and ketchup

    Enjoy!

Very easy to prepare I hate spending all day in kitchen cooking just for myself maybe, maybe when I get married I will try out all those five hours recipe but for now tea and bread, yam and vegetable, indomie fast jollof rice, sharp sharp stew and okro soup is as far as I will go.
