MORINGA SEEDS:

 moringa seeds are actually produced locally by the makers of that Moringa tea I posted earlier. Moringa seeds can be cooked the way you would green peas. They are used for food and healing.
*They are rich in vitamins and minerals;
*Moringa seeds are very useful for good eyesight
*They are essential for healthy hair, healthy nails and skin.
*Moringa seeds aid in fast healing of wounds.
*Women need these seeds because they are more prone to Iron deficiency.

  9. Fresh moringa leaves have more vit. C than oranges. But when dried, they only have 1/2 the amount. Everything else (vitamins and minerals) increase with drying, except vit. C.. Thought you might want to know this info..
