Wheat pancake and fruit smoothie
Here’s the wheat pancake and fruit smoothie I promised.
Wheat Pancake plus Smoothie:
Wheat flour
(e.g honeywell wheat meal) 2 cups
1 tbsp of sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg
Dry pepper or fresh (if you wish)
Chopped onions 
1 tbsp of milk
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients together with little water to form a paste.
Pour a tablespoon of olive oil in a fry pan and spread round,drain excess into a bowl and pour your mixture
Fry and flip to cook the other side.
This mixture should serve 4.

Smoothie procedure:

1 pineapple
A wedge of watermelon
A piece of ginger.
Chop fruits into bits and pour in a blender(you have to grate the ginger for it to blend though).
blend then sieve with a strainer.
pour in a jug and refrigerate or put in ice cubes if in a hurry.
you may include bananas to make it more filling or any fruit of your choice.
There you have your healthy weight watcher meal filling and low in calories too.
