Pasta with sardine and egg sauce
A serving of pasta with healthy egg sauce by Lizzy Obaze

My recipe for pasta with sardines and boiled egg sauceI  made this meal for dinner yesterday in a hurry as we got back from work a little late. After dinner hubby asked to pack some for his packed lunch for today.
The

sauce also goes well with rice, spaghetti, noodles, bread, yam, dodo and boiled green plantain.

Enjoy the rest of your week.

COOKING STEPS FOR PASTA WITH SARDINE AND EGG SAUCE

Boiled pasta

Ingredients:

onion
pepper
chopped tomatoes
chopped green leaves
yellow and red sweet peppers (like tatashe)
olive oil
tin sardines and boiled eggs.

Sorry there’s no proper directions on the email I sent coz I thought the pictures explains each step.

Direction

Basically all the chopped peppers and onion fried in olive oil, seasoning added, sardines and eggs added. About 10-15 mins tops from when it hits the pan to when you take it off.

  3. Well done Eya!!! I love the white plate – and the food of course!!!

Dont you think the picture came out better.?

Now for picture taking sake, plate smaller portions.

Think of the food as a picture and the plate as a frame that holds the picture, while the picture is important, its beauty is more pronounced when the frame is noticed.

By plating smaller portions, the frame(plate) is not overwhelmed which makes for a more visually appealing picture.
