Indomie Noodles With Carrots Sausages Cabbage Green peppers

A serving of Indomie noodles with proteins and vegetables.

I haven’t posted any Indomie noodle recipe in a long while because of the complaints that we were beginning to see too much of noodles on the blog. After
this long absence, I pray this recipe is received with joy. I waited because I agree that we have many Indomie noodle recipes on the blog.

QUICK COOKING

Like I always say, Indomie should not last longer than 5 minutes in a pot of boiling water. Cooking Indomie for even 7 minutes can give you sticky noodles. I love my noodles cooked but al dente. Don’t sticky noodles or pasta, I can’t even eat them. I like a little soup in my Indomie, I try to add some water and make it a bit soupy.

This one was cooked with less water because it wasn’t for my consumption. After eating this plate of Indomie noodles, my guest asked if there was still some to take with him.
He wanted his wife to see the kind of Indomie noodle recipe that he enjoys.
He tells us that before this day, he never enjoyed Indomie and that if he knew I was preparing Indomie noodles for him, he would have asked me not to bother.
but thanked his luck that he wasn’t told. After clearing his plate, I told him there was nothing left to take away. He wanted his family to start preparing it this way for him.

NOODLES ARE A BALANCED MEAL. ADD VEGETABLES AND PROTEINS

I said in an earlier Indomie noodles post that, in my family, Indomie noodle is not just for kids. It is a meal that every member of the family enjoys.
We try to add other nutrients and make it a balanced meal. For my kids who can eat Indomie like everyday, I try to make it healthier so they do not overstuff with plain carbohydrates.
