I Need Help With My Big Stomach

Hi Mrs Eya, I had my baby a year ago and my tummy is still big, please I want to have a flat tummy and I don’t know what to take. 

Please my fellow people, what can I take. I had a big tummy before d baby n now it’s still big and looks like am 5mths pregnant. Plus
what drug or herbal stuff should I take?

  2. What helped me is situps. I can go fourty sit ups at a time. It greatly greatly trimmed down my stomach.

  3. Sit-ups will only tighten the stomach muscLes but it won't burn the fat ontop. Just gOogle how to burn belly fat

  4. Like seriously, how will real nursing mothers that breastfeed their baby and get hungry often apply dis reduce food intake, eat less food method? Starve or go just stay hungry? I think I'll go with d exercise απϑ eat right. i.e vegetables, enough vitamins απϑ water.

  6. During labour, immediatelly u put to bed, u should be allowed to rest or face the wall with ur belly resting on it

  7. Did u hv CS or normal delivery? I had CS and a set of twin so u can imagine how huge my tummy was. I did sit- ups, bicycle crunches,aerobics and co. Reduce carbs, red meat and processed foods. Take at least 3ltrs of water per day. My tummy has gone down drastically but not completely.

  8. I ddnt deliver tru CS, it was a normal delivery with no cut and my baby was 4point sometin. I really need to slim down n flatten my stomach b4 d end of this month. Thks
