  4. Try Hip-hop Abs by Shaun T. Eat less, drinks lots of water during the day but not at night. Reduce food intake too.

Like seriously, how will real nursing mothers that breastfeed their baby and get hungry often apply dis reduce food intake, eat less food method? Starve or go just stay hungry? I think I'll go with d exercise απϑ eat right. i.e vegetables, enough vitamins απϑ water.

Did u hv CS or normal delivery? I had CS and a set of twin so u can imagine how huge my tummy was. I did sit- ups, bicycle crunches, aerobics and co. Reduce carbs, red meat and processed foods. Take at least 3ltrs of water per day. My tummy has gone down drastically but not completely.
