  2. Yea sheerbutter mixed with bio oil. It helps a lot. Or u can use only sheerbutter(Ori) for one week. Rub on the affected places at nights whenever you want to sleep, you will see changes in one week.

  3. stretch mark is primarily genetical and secondarily obesity, I've seen guy's (a lot sef) wit stretch marks, it's not just about giving birth, my mom has 6 of us with no stretch mark!

There's no absolute cure for stretch marks, a lot of product are out there on the shelves, but trust me they all exist with 0 tested approvals, 0 testimony and 0 efficacy ratings, they are all sham products!

Help for stretch mark includes, saying no to bleaching cos bleaching really makes ur skin tender and awe full, use baby lotion (palliative) and lastly exercise well (exercise helps tighten the skin and induces firmness)

    Goodluck!

  4. @ Ace, thank you very much! I have argued this thing with someone that there is no cure for it… You can only prevent it or manage it but not cure it. I have a skinny friend who looks like a tiger while my mun doesnt even have one. Me too. I only had one or two on my hips and dat as when I put on weight.

  5. I disagree in a way Ace,some are actually hormonal and it fades after some years.Pregnancy also causes stretchmark because the skin stretches beyond belief so most people tend to get stretchmarks. Its not peculiar to black people(hence the bleaching remarks)cos white people also get. Excessive growth and excessive weightloss causes stretchmarks too that's why some get it during puberty. Maintaining a proper weight helps to prevent it and moisture helps too. Sometimes you can't help having it when you are pregnant..it is what it is. Shea butter helps to fade it and Algan oil helps to keep the skin moisturized. Most of our Mothers didn't get it because they didn't eat the junk we are eating and were using things like shea butter and some were just blessed not to have it,while some probably had it but it faded over the years. My dad doesn't have stretchmarks,My Mom didn't have stretchmarks after many kids but I still had stretchmark during pregnancy…so I question the genetic thing. Miracle

  6. @Ahdaisy, stretchmark actually goes. A friend of mine had deadly ones on her legs and laps, she started applying shea butter and it left completely. It was my first time seeing stretchmark completely gone. Early treatment matters a lot because once it stays for a while,it takes a while before it goes. Also avoid harsh cheap creams,a lot of them in the market.

  7. Try shea butter. Use consistently morning and night for like 6months. If you can't stand using during the day, then use at night. Most people thinks it doesn't work cos they expect results in as short a time as 2wks,so they stop using it. If you can do it religiously, you'll get results.
I know somebody close to me that had it really bad and it cleared after she used shea butter.
Pls make sure you don't use all this toning creams, get a good moisturizer for your skin. Cheers!

  8. Use ORI (Shea Butter)
Try to get the original one from Ghana cause there are a lot of adulterated ones out there.
But don't expect fast results though, ori takes months to work. Just use it diligently. I have little stretchmarks on my breasts due to pregnancy, been using ori every day for about a month and I can see the difference. I never had stretch marks prior to this.
I also have a friend who's always had stretch marks and ori works for her as well.
I'd advise you to try that.
    All the best

    • Use JimpoORI produce with 100% African Shea butter. The Shea butter is produced in Nigeria with the support of the Federal Govt and the international research institute IITA and NSPRI. Just use a bowl of JimpoORI for early age skin and stretchmark control. To get one call +2348056433361

  9. Sorry I also disagree, there are lots of pple without stretch marks and have gone tru puberty.

When a young woman has stretch marks due to puberty, common sense indicates that the widening of the hip, bum increment and general body elevations stretches the skin at that time of their lives, but some ppl go tru this same process and don't have 1 single stretch mark and some just have traces on the bum (that I find sexy).

NOTE, plz ur hormone doesn't tear ur skin it's just body increment that does, e.g Obesity, puberty, pregnancy. And all these are supported by ur genetical component, if ur mom or dad has it tendencies are rife that you will.

The pple who have the rilly visible one got it genetically, and those who have the silent ones got it due to increments from puberty or obesity. Note: you can be obese and have no stretch mark, infact most of the stretch marks I've seen are from the moderate or normal size ppl.

  11. Ori is everywhere in Ph… Most saloons use it on those having receeding hairlines… Some pple say it aids to make stretch marks 'invisible'… (I say inviscible bcos stretch marks DON'T go… Like a pimple or scar… They are Always there but can be made invisible with d help of sheerbutter, Bio oil, cocoa butter…etc)…
I'm not a big fan of Ori… Cos I know pple use it to make their hair grow… And I just cnt imagine using it on my body… I sincerely don't want a hairy ass.

  13. I'm lmao @ this comment.
But I don't think Ori exactly works for hair growth, I do know its a sealant though, so I only apply it on my hair cause my hair gets really dry. After deep conditioning and applying leave-in conditioner, I apply just a little so my hair can retain its moisture.
Anons 5:13 and 6:08, I did ask and she said she got it in a market in lagos, that you can get it anywhere but the original one doesn't stink like the others. It has the ori smell but not as concentrated and that's how to differentiate it.

Its a miracle my mum after nine children had no sign of strech mark naither does my dad but to my cretest surprise I had little after my second child and had more after my third child . Goggled how to get rid of it and came across aloe Vera used it riligiosly and sincery I have no strech mark on my Tommy now I mean no strech mark . All u need do is to cut open the plant and apply the gel on it . Pls don't 4get to share wen u see the result .NOTE: it is very bitter so if u are applying all over the body once a day is ok then u apply ur normal cream once too aloe Vera morning and ur cream at night or the other way round . You can get it in kubwa ,just go to the village market and you will see the local women selling it

I don't know the efficiency Ori has in curing stretch mark cos I have been using ori for like 2years now and the stretchmarks I have are still the way they are o. Besides, I'm not even a fat person. I guess mine are caused by hormones and genes cos most of my sisters have same too. My mum doesn't even have one single mark on her body or stomach. I really envy her

  17. Can you do anything to prevent skin discoloration during pregnancy or after pregnancy ? Skin pigmentation changes usually disappear on their own after delivery . You can remove your fade skin easy way .Use stria fade that contain vitamin E and alpha hydroxy acids .Get instant solution in short time.
