Plantain Chips With Chilli Sauce

Chips with chili sauce.
Plantain chips made by my nine year old. She
cut with a knife and fried in hot oil. They were really crunchy. Eating them with chili sauce was fun.

    1. Good morning Joy, it's mixed plantain.Some are unripe while others are fairly ripe.

      Aunty eya, have you tried the fairly ripe fried in red oil? I love the taste and crunchiness but i dnt trust the ones sold on the road. i will try and make it sha.
