How To Make Pancake Rolls And Vegetable Fillings By Ib

A serving of pancake rolls
Ingredients for Pancake
Three cups of flour,  4 tablespoons of sugar, two teaspoons of nutmeg,  two tablespoons of milk,  three eggs, water and salt to taste.

PROCEDURE
1). Add
Sieved flour,  sugar, milk and grated nutmeg into mixing bowl.
2). Mix together and make a hole in the middle of the bowl. Then add whisked egg and water and stir until mixture becomes a bit liquid/fluid.
3). Heat frying pan with a teaspoon of oil and add mixture to pan. Fry and flip continuously to achieve desired brownish color.


INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETABLE FILLINGS
Cabbage, carrot, green pepper, green beans, onions, chicken Franks/sausages, two cubes of seasoning, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE
1). Heat pan with two tablespoons of oil
2). Add onions and chicken Franks/sausage and fry for two minutes.
3). Add carrot, green beans,  green pepper and cabbage.  Add seasoning cubes,  pepper and salt to taste.
4). Continue

frying for another two minutes.  Ensure vegetables are not overcooked.
Finally add prepared vegetables to ready pancakes and roll.
Kindly serve with tea,  coffee or freshly squeezed juice.

      The nutmeg is enough for this mixture, I was able to make 15 rolls from it. The quantity of nutmeg should depend on your taste and size of the mixture. Yes you can add water but please ensure the mixture is not too watery. IB

  5. I love pancakes so much,this made me remember the one usually prepared by my maternal grandma every xmas for visitors.
    Remember asking aunty Ojay if there's any means of making it last more than 5days. I love it just the time and stress....
    This one looks very yummy and healthy.
