What do you think of Deborah Bala idea?Hi aunty, I watched iron chef America yesterday on food network and wow, an idea just hit me in the head. I think it’s time for us to take the blog to a new level, lets be

daring and try out other type of continental dishes, even if we don’t get them the way they are meant, at least its better than none.
yesterday on iron chef the main secret ingredient was plaintain and i was surprised at all the various dishes that where made with plaintain, it’s time to leave the stereotype  African mentality of just frying plaintain or making porridge, so my idea goes thus: each week or month Youu can bring a secret ingredient that should be the main crux of the meal and then all bloggers can try out different ideas and send in, it will be so much fun. what do you think? as for me this weekend am trying out baked plaintain and plaintain pudding i learnt frm iron chef ystd, and even if its not nice u must post it oooooooooooooooooo let’s get the Miss and Mrs anonymous talking, cheers.

Hi Ladies, what do you think of Deborah’s idea?

Let the talking begin, now!

  4. Iam so excited about this. Ok, can we make it like: Every week,we pick one secret ingredient, create our individual dishes and begin to send pics as soon as we cook. At the end of that week, we stop posting for that ingredient and pick another one.
I bet to beat everybody with my creative juices and a lil help from Google.

We'll pick on Fridays, to enable us use the weekend to sort out and pick whatever we think we need for our dishes.
For this week can we pick plantain? ripe or unripe, anything plantain? For subsequent weeks we pick on fridays.
Any AGREEMENT or DISAGREEMENTS? lETS HEAR YOU…
