Spaghetti And Plantain Stir Fry By Lizzy Obaze

Cooking spaghetti and plantain stir fry
Here is something I prepared for the plantain challenge however I've used little plantain so I hope it meets the criteria of the challenge.

I prepared

this by cutting my plantain into straight finger length and  deep fried them and set aside. I then fried some onions, prawns, garlic, hot chili peppers, mixed peppers, carrots and courgettes, seasoned with curry powder, dry thyme and Knorr cubes (I like  my vegetables crunchy so I didn't fry for long), I then added my deep fried plantain and cooked spaghetti and mix together. I left it for 2 minutes before turning off the heat.

Enjoy!

Nice concept but I think the food looks busy. In other words, I think each component should be separated for a more appealing finish. Creative Mom

    1. Courgettes look like cucumber but its to be cooked unlike cucumber that doesn't need to be cooked. I'm not sure it is in Nigeria but maybe Hausa's that sell vegetables n fruits might have them.

    2. They are sold at supermarkets, if you don't look carefully, you'd think it's cucumber.
