In Appreciation To Femme Lounge – 20 Nigerian Food Bloggers We Love

wives connection Blog Image at Femme Lounge.

“Huhuhuhuhu” (Laughing with my Chinese accent). Who would have thought that a blog that cooks/ed with an old fry pan will get this recognition. Well, Ladies, Gentleman/men and our Constructive Critics, In the spirit of Freedom of Information, I have to share this.
I cannot become an ingrate at this time.
I was so pleasantly surprised that it never occurred in my mind to share. Thank God for people like Bonario who will never see or hear something and keep quiet. *talky talky*

When Shallie shared the information on the blog, I said to myself,  “This thing is not hidden Eya, people are seeing it, you have to show appreciation.” I decide to share with you guys.

Last weekend, while checking on my Traffic Sources, I saw that there were  page views from Femme Lounge, “ahn ahn” I quickly clicked on the link and found myself at Femme Lounge, standing face to face with my blog image and a dodo dish that we featured here. What? “this is my blog” I looked up at the title, and it read: WomenWhoCook: 20 Nigerian Food Bloggers We Love. I then said to myself again, “So, after all, we are getting recognition even with our any how presentations?”

You can call it crazy o, for me, I am so pleasantly surprised and excited about this. I blog not only about food, I blog on aspects like: Women Matters, Parenting tips, Inspirational stories etc etc. In all, I think that the food branch of the blog is what is getting more recognition. Is this not worth celebrating? Now Femme Lounge has told the whole world that we are among their 20 best “Blog Cooks” in NAIJA.

Ok, I stop here o, before I begin to read comments that say *I explain too much like a catechist.* LOL!
For you guys who made us go for a fry pan make-over, thanks too, hmmmmm!

Well, (Licking my lips:)) This is to say that we are officially among. Keep the Recipes coming, we are moving.
Thank You Femme Lounge!
Ehen, what do you guys say?? No bashing O!!!

  3. I make it easy because I'm a lazy cook who always looks for cooking short cuts. No one knows I hate to spend long hours cooking.

  5. Yes, dear Chinny. You all are my "blog family" and I truly love y'all. When I stop reading any one's thoughts here, I miss them so dearly. Sometimes when I get used to reading comments from someone and I can't see them anymore. I begin to imagine all sorts of things and to pray and hope that nothing bad has happened to them. Is that not family?

    Thank you Chinny!
