How To Cut Architectural City Design Mangoes

tasty well cut city design mango

Ripe mangoes look more beautiful and inviting, when cut into different beautiful shapes and designs. Very ripe ones are

sweet but, do not look firm when cut. Just ripe ones look appetizing , just like the first picture.

Ripe mangoes can also be made into fresh, yummy, natural mango juice with a fruit juicer.

Mangoes are in season now, to avoid waste, it is advisable to juice and store in the fridge. Eating them with the fiber is also good and healthy. Mangoes are among my favorite fruits.
cut mango in two halves, leave the hard seed untouched
take one half of mango, cut verically, then horizontally without cutting the skin

bend cut mango as if you want to break in two halves
bend cut ends outwards and downwards
bending cut mangoes to bring out the shapes and design
very ripe mangoes do not give perfect designs
yummy architectural design

When I eat ripe mangoes, only the hard seed is disposed of. The skin is my favorite. I love mango skin but unfortunately some mangoes come with bitter skins that prevent me from getting my extra fiber. Large mangoes come with edible skins. The ones that still look green even when ripe are those whose skin I can’t chew. For mangoes with red, orange or yellow skins, I eat everything.
Enjoy!
