Jane.

Deborah Bala must be smiling right now. I remember when she posted her dodo gizzard and a few readers felt the combination is not OK while so many loved it. Jane tried it, loves it and decides to share the pics with us.

    1. Hmm...I have heard of beans flour but I dnt know if it makes any 'swallow' but unripe plantain flour and wheat are the healthiest options I know for now.

  5. This looks so good. I'm sure the combo works since we normally eat rice and dodo and sauce. Thumbs up!

Dodo gizard is not new to me, in the UK where I stay when you go to any Nigerian gathering you will always find this among the food on display. It goes well with fried rice, jollof rice and some people like to eat it alone. Its really nice and enjoyable especially if you like fried plantain.

Sorry to dissapoint you,but if it were placed at a T-junction for sacrifice, even a sane person will eat of it.*likeseriously*
